More business award success for local businesses
There was success for Barking and Dagenham businesses at the Archant London Business awards held at the Embankment Gardens on Thursday 25th November. 17 Businesses from Barking and Dagenham were shortlisted as finalists for the various categories. Most had already enjoyed successes earlier in the year at the annual Barking and Dagenham Business awards as shortlisted or winning entries. Long established Dagenham based West & Coe were the biggest Barking and Dagenham success on the night, winning the award for Community Involvement.
Borough Business Relationship Manager Paul Bishop said, ‘Once again there was a very strong showing from our local businesses at these prestigious awards and shows that Barking and Dagenham is a real success story in terms of its local businesses. With entries from all over London the competition was very tough so just to be shortlisted as a finalist is a tremendous achievement. And many congratulations to West & Coe on winning their category”
