Are you certain that all your employees have the legal right to work in the UK and have completed the correct paperwork? If not, you could be risking adding to £millions of fines already paid by employers!
Did you know:
- The total fines imposed on employers for employing people who were not legally entitled to work in the UK, in London and the South East, for the quarter ended 30 September 2010 was £1.13 million? Most of these fines were £5,000 for each employee offence;
- From 2012 every employer will be legally required to enrol employees on a workplace pension scheme;
- You could be fined for asking a candidate about illness before an interview.
Attend/send a colleague to attend this workshop and learn how to:
- Avoid the current level of £5,000 fines per employee;
- Handle the new 26 week paternity leave;
- Work with new regulations which give temporary workers the same employment terms as employees.
