Dealing with the unknown unknowns

The current economic conditions are giving us all a scare but the businesses in Barking & Dagenham must be very concerned indeed, dealing, as they do, in the world of both credit and banking. There are dangers at every turn, and to quote Donald Rumsfeld “that are many unknown unknowns”. It is perhaps at times like this that business might look out for some help and may, especially if order books are low, spend some time on the business instead of in the business.
