The Job Shops offer a free recruitment service to local businesses. The service has over 3,000 registered job seekers, all of whom have voluntarily signed up for support are actively looking for work. Businesses can get assistance with:
- Preparing job descriptions
- Pre-screening of applicants to ensure right to work in the UK
- Shortlisting, assessments and interviews
- A matching service that only puts forwards qualified candidates
- The opportunity to develop pre-employment training that meets business needs.
