Dagenham Business Centre

The Dagenham Business Centre opened in November 2011 and provides much needed high quality office and workshop units for small and medium businesses.

The centre is located on Rainham Road North – a high profile location in the heart of some of the borough’s most deprived wards, chosen to show residents and visitors that Barking and Dagenham is a place that businesses can set up and flourish.

The centre was developed by GLE Property Developments Limited in partnership with the Council, and was part financed by the London Development Agency’s European Regional Development Fund Programme 2007-13, securing £205,877 European Union funding for the environmental aspects of the scheme ensuring the building achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
