Customer Service
Marketing Excellence
Best New Business
Growth Business of the Year
Business Person of the Year
Sole Trader/Micro-business including E-business
Community Involvement including Social Enterprise
Business of the Year (overall winner)

The winners were announced at the Gala Awards Ceremony with a celebrity guest compère and celebration Dinner on Tuesday, 6th July 2010 at Castle Green in Dagenham. The overall winner was selected from the 10 category winners and awarded the top prize of £3,000.
