The Skills, Jobs and Enterprise (SJE) Board is a sub Board of the Barking and Dagenham Partnership (the Borough’s Local Strategic Partnership). It has a private sector majority and is chaired by Clive Wilding. The Board has three Vice Chairs mirroring the three sub programmes.
