Divisional Programme Manager

Shamim is Programme Manager for the Regeneration and Economic Development Division seeking to ensure performance and co-ordination across the broader agenda of the division which includes physical regeneration, transportation, planning and climate change as well as economic development.

Paul Bishop

Business Relationship Manager and Business Awards

Paul leads on the delivery of the annual Barking & Dagenham Business Awards as well as being a Business Relationship Manager providing support and advice to businesses (including Social Enterprises) within the borough.

Lisa Clitheroe

Principle Regeneration Officer (Communications)

Lisa produces the monthly Economic Development newsletter for businesses as well as a newsletter for SJE Board members. She also updates the BDE website.

Karthik Durgaprasad

Business Relationship Manager

Karthik works closely with established enterprises in Barking & Dagenham, providing them with access to a wide range of free specialist advice.

David Harley

Economic Development Manager

David leads the borough’s Economic Development Team with responsibility for delivering the Enterprise and Business support element of the Single Programme.

Mamta Toohey

Programme Manager

Mamta sets up and maintains programme management and monitoring systems, and regularly reports to the SJE Board on performance. She ensures that links are made with the projects and that their activities fit the overall strategy for the Single Programme.

Jo Sinclair

Senior Regeneration Professional

Jo is part of the business support team and leads on supply chain activity. She also manages the Retail Partnership Project and other business forums in the Borough.
