About Us
It’s the job of Barking & Dagenham Enterprise to deliver the Government’s Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI) programme in and for the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham.
Barking & Dagenham Enterprise is a business-led body which works closely with the local authority and its elected representatives. Under the LEGI programme, BDE has been allocated £15.5 million to encourage personal and business enterprise. We help people and businesses to seize opportunities created in the borough by the huge Thames Gateway and 2012 London Olympic Games regeneration and development programmes.
